How do I place an order?
To buy online, you can add pieces to your items shopping basket and continue to the checkout where you will be requested to enter your payment details. Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. All orders will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the same day but will be shipped the following business day.
Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com or call on +44 (0)7742633317 (working hours). We will try our best to accommodate your request but please bear in mind that our order dispatch process is fast and once it's dispatched we can no longer cancel your order. Once a product has left our office for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us as soon as possible and at your own cost, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories, together with the original invoice.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If you do not return the goods as required under these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept them or we will charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering those goods.
We will refund you after we have received the goods. Please allow 48 hours for the refund to appear on your debit/credit card account. Alternatively, we will happy to exchange the goods you have ordered. No refund will be offered for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or used. Please note, there will be no cancelation for special bespoke orders.
Where do you deliver to?
Maria Zureta distributes worldwide. All our orders are posted with a reliable postal company and are trackable in the United Kingdom and also to the great majority of all international destinations. Please note, some countries and some shipping methods do not offer a tracking service.

Refunds and exchanges
If you wish to exercise a cancellation after the product has been delivered to you, please contact us by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product back to us within 7 days after delivery. Return the goods in their original packaging together with the original invoice and a copy of our email regarding your cancelation enquiry. Please note that goods returned without proof of purchase will not be refunded. We are unable to accept items for return if they do not retain all original tags. All international returns must be delivered by a carrier with tracking capabilities and insured to the value of the goods. Items lost in transit without tracking capabilities or insurance will not be refunded. We will refund customers in full for online orders minus the shipping cost if the goods are returned to us within 7 days from the time the goods are received. Please note that goods will not be refunded if they are not found to be in the same condition and packaging as sent. If these terms and conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to deny the refund. No refund will be offered for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or used. How do I process an exchange?
If you know the item for which you would like to exchange, please send an email to email@example.com. You will receive a reply that will need to be printed and return along with the product within 7 days from the time the goods are received. For further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can provide a personalised service in finding you a more suitable piece. You will receive an email notification when we receive the exchange item, and the tracking number for the new order. We will charge or refund any outstanding amount for the new product. Please note that shipping charges will also be applied. We do reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Goods will be inspected by our Quality and Control Department upon received. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges for items that are not found to be in the same condition and packaging as sent. No exchange will be offered for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged, used or without proof of purchase. We are unable to accept items for return if they do not retain all original tags.
What payment methods are accepted
Our shop uses PayPal to process the payments. Paypal offers a fast and secure payment service. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from this site. Upon checkout you will be directed to a Paypal payment page where you can pay using Visa, Master, American Express, Debit and Credit cards as well as Paypal. Payments via the website are processed automatically and the customer will receive a confirmation email regarding the purchase. If this email is not received, please email email@example.com to confirm that the order has been accepted.
To make a payment by bank transfer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item you would like to purchase and we will send you the details for bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of VAT appropriate to the country of receipt. The total cost of the order will be the product price plus shipping cost. The actual price charged for international customers is dependent on the exchange rate applied by the customer’s debit or credit-card company. Customers will also be liable for any local requirements such as local duty. If in doubt, please check before placing your order. Please be aware that all customers’ credit or debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer. If your issuer refuses payment, you will be notified at the checkout point.
What materials do you use to make the jewellery
Maria Zureta jewellery is made with costume and silver/gold plated reclaimed chains, antique and vintage costume jewellery and found objects. We also use bio non-toxic resin in some of our rings.
I’m allergic to nickel
Maria Zureta jewellery is made with antique/vintage pieces, so it may contain traces of nickel.
How should I care for my jewellery?
• Do not wear when performing sports activities or any exercises. Remove when swimming, bathing or showering
• Do not spray perfumes directly on to jewellery as this may cause damage or discolouring
• To clean wipe with a soft cloth
• Do not use cleaning liquids
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
• Keep in a cool dry place
• Hang or store in box for extra protection from scratching
• Keep away from water, hand/body creams, hot surfaces, adhesives, acetones and other chemicals.
